The Deisel-Wemmer plant at 435 N. Main St. is shown in an old postcard. Deisel-Wemmer moved into the building at the turn of the century and occupied it until operations were moved to a new plant on Bible Road in the summer of 1963. After DWG was dissolved in late 1967, its successor, R.G. Dun, returned to the downtown building. R.G. Dun closed in 1990. Courtesy of the Allen County Historical Society.
