Rock Steady Boxing Lima gives those living with ParkinsonÕs disease hope by offering a non-contact boxing fitness routine to improve quality of life. There is strong evidence from clinical research that exercise helps ParkinsonÕs disease. Rock Steady Boxing serves participants at all stages of ParkinsonÕs- from newly diagnosed to those who have been living with the disease for decades. Rock Steady Lima boxers meet on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. 20 ParkinsonÕs boxers are participating.
