The NWO Lady Buckeyes 16U team went 4-1 and then finished second in the Stars and Strikes tournament last weekend in Findlay. Coaches and team members included Coach Rob Overs, Elenor Cole, Abby Daugherty, Catherine Overs, Jayden Hoffer, Reagan Knapke, Jorja Kloeppel, Hayden Gillig, Aidriana Baker, Coach Stewart Kellermeyer, Coach Leona Dalton. Bottom left Ali Hermiller, Hannah Sherick, Kenzie Kellermeyer, Taylor Spence, Lacie Hawkie, McKenna Stoner. The tournament included teams from throughout Ohio. Highlights included Hannah Sherick being named MVP of the championship game by the opposing team and hitting the game-winning homer to secure a spot in the championship game and Catherine Overs hitting a home run to secure the No. 1 seed.
