Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate Group, of Solon, proposed subdividing the 14,565-square-foot building with 65 parking spaces on 2.1 acres at the corner of Elm and Eastown roads. Renderings offer separate external entrances for six different tenants on the west and south sides of the building, with square footage ranging from 1,860 square feet up to 2,780 square feet.
